Does anyone know of any good books for calming anxiety?
I dont really want to get prescribed to pills or anything but I was thinking maybe there is some books that actually work on helping to control my anxiety, if anyone has any suggestions
There is a book out there called something like The Anxiety Workbook. Try searching on BN or Amazon. Another thought: if you like books, try reading anything enjoyable that helps you feel calmer. Dealing with any mental illness is always at least half about coping skills. Don’t be afraid to try medications though for a while while you learn to cope.
