Anxiety Coping Tips
does anybody have anxiety tips?

i have always been a “worrier”, but its got diagnosed with anxiety about 18 months ago. since, ive been through depression which thankfully i have overcome now, however i still have bad anxiety. i used to have panic attacks, but not so much anymore. now i just have anxious thoughts and i cant push them away. ive just finished seeing a physcotherapist (i think thats what its called), but i still feel the same. does anyone have any useful tips? its out of control, i get thoughts like the slightest thing ive done could result in people dying, i really can’t cope with it anymore. please help.
thanks everyone, i find it really hard because although some of my friends know and they try their best to understand, they don’t really because its my mind. please keep giving me tips, your really helping
