can a gluten allergy become noticeable or really bad from anxiety and stress?

I have always suffered from headaches and tiredness, but recently I have experienced multiple stomache problems, panic attacks,mouth sores, leg cramps, and frequent headaches. I have been going through alot of stress and was wondering if I could be allergic to gluten? Because I stopped eating gluten for a couple of days and felt a little better, btu someone told me I would have always been allergic.

Go to your doctor and be diagnosed correctly. Many people unnecessarily put themselves on ‘gluten’ free diets when they don’t need to be.
