Anxiety Depression Test
anxiety and depression examinations?

is there a test a doctor can due to see how severe your anxiety and depression is by looking at the brain or will he only be able to subscribe you meds based on what you teel him your feeling?

well i do not think you can actually do any test to measure the level of depression…it is a subjective criteria and I think no matter how severe it is , it happens to almost everyone and is extremely common……depression and stress have close relationship…..hormonal changes such as what happens during menstrual period and after child birth are another example of how brain and our endocrine function together….depression and anexiety happen when the chemical balance of the brain gets out of order due to stress or hormonal changes which can stimulate the pituitary gland in the brain……it is very very common for every one to feel down at times and it is treatble with antidepressant medication…..if you take it long enough to let it work…up to 3- 6 months.
