Anxiety Diagnostic Test
SAT practice test -anxiety?

I have my SAT in four months.
I already have anxiey issues. But usually i’m okay at tests, and I never get anxious about them..
Well, i just took a practice test online for the math portion that was timed. I had a panic attack during the test. hah. But yeah- I did really bad, and tried to review what I got wrong/skipped but I was too freaked out.. so I plan on looking at it later. I lost my appetite and everything. And I’m REALLY good at math- I almost got a perfect score on a diagnostic test that wasn’t timed.
Is there anyway I can chill out? Or do I just need to take more practice tests and my anxiety will lessen? (That was my first one.)
I have to do really well on the real thing- I want to go to med school. So I’m taking the test really seriously.

haha i finished mine well but i was in the same place you were…
anyways my advice is to do as many practice math exams as you can.. thats what really helped me i started out in the 700 range but ended with a 790. when taking the test, chill out just tell yourself sat is not everything ( it really isn’t) ive known people who got low 1900′s that got into prestegious medical schools like columbia and stanford. its how you present yourself that matters. the thing that really matters later is grades/gpa
good luck
