Have you experienced anxiety when on a diet?
I have started a new eating plan using shakes for breakfast and lunch along with fruit and salad and a vegetable dinner, I also get snacks. But since I started the shakes I keep thinking Im hungry, and fell anxious that Im not eating when in fact I am getting everything I need. Has this happened to you, or have you heard of this?
Yes. When I started dieting, I got a little bit sick, and I freaked out, thinking it was from not eating enough, and then I realized I had a cold.
Just keep telling yourself it’s fine, you’re fine. Unless you start feeling dizzy or something, and then eat more.
