Anxiety Disorder Nos Symptoms

Does this sound like ADHD?
Here are my symptoms:
I cannot read something without reading it multiple times to figure out what it is actually saying–I daydream
I cannot pay attention in class or at school
The only time I can focus is very late at night 11pm-3am– I have insomnia and that is when I do my homework
I procrastinate excessively
I act impulsively a lot–talking back to teachers without thinking, feeling the need to blurt things out in class
I cannot stop fidgeting
I sometimes feel like I cannot even think–my mind is racing so much
I get these random bursts of energy where I cannot control myself and then I get tired and then the cycle starts again
I am also extremely impatient
I had behavioral problems as a child and was very hyperactive and got bored easily in class–still do
I have a diagnosed Anxiety Disorder, NOS –which they think might be due to the possible ADHD
I am currently being tested…what do you think?
