I don’t know how to help. I try to do the coping excersizes my therapist tells me and it somewhat helps. I can’t fall asleep at night. Those are mostly all my symptoms too.
Have you tried hypnotherapy? The physical symptoms that you describe are influenced by your subconscious mind and there are several safe and relatively quick approaches to give you not only temporary relief but permanent solutions to your anxiety.
Find a qualified hypnotherapist via a referral from your doctor or look through an organization such as the National Guild of Hypnotists. Hypnosis is safe and side-effect free!
Best wishes, Kelley
