What herbal tea blend will relieve these symptoms I’m having (while I take care of the root causes?)
Dizziness, tension headaches and very mild anxiety (these are due to back/neck muscle tension/injury), intestinal gas. I also would like mental clarity and energy as I don’t want to feel drowsy.
Is this an okay blend in one cup?
Chamomile (to relax neck muscles and nerves to prevent dizziness/tension headache)
Ginger (to combat dizziness, anti-inflammatory)
Basil (to combat intestinal gas)
