Anxiety Drinking Alcohol
Effect on brain chemistry from drinking alcohol?

What are the effects on brian chemistry from binge drinking for a couple of months, 10-12 beers, 4-5 times a week.

I have not had a beer in 6 days, I feel fuzzy mental and still feel like crap, I have lots of anxiety?

How long does it take for mind and body to readjust back to normal?

it depends on how long you have been doing this …this is your brain telling you I want some more beer dang it ..more like nicotine with smokers. If you have been doing it for long., you have serious work to do as it is not that easy getting over an addiction.

The good news now is getting your body back to normal…..the bad news is your cerebellum will continue to suffer the consequence …after that ..your liver will tell you I cant take it anymore ,,,after the alcohol dehyrdogenase enzyme has reached its threshold …then toxic level of this alcohol becomes evident in your system and can induce coma or death. One thing at a time., start to try to make yourself live without alcohol…it is difficult but it gets better.
