Anxiety Drugs Dogs
im 13 and have anxiety? help?!?

please take the time to read.
im 13, and i live in a full house right now,
me,my dad, gramma, uncle, aunt, her boyfriend, their kid, and its sooooo overwhelming.

i can’t stand anyone in my family except my gramma & dad.
and my aunts boyfriend has been getting on my nerves always getting on my computer when i say no.

and my dad is constantly saying my dogs annoying,
and my lil baby cousin is 2 and she always go to my room and locks everybody out, and i get yelled at for it.

and then my uncle is a drug attic, and my gramma takes perscribed medicine and my unle constantly either bugs for ciggerates, or pills.
and he gests so messed up where he falls all over the place and stuff.

and im SICK AND TIRED of it. i have anxiety and can’t stay around alot of people without having a anxiety attack, and im about to rip my hair out! i seriously am tired of this! im getting blamed for like EVERYTHING! help me please.. im begging. :’(

Some of these are horrible answers. Fact is, they’re your family and your stuck with them.

The boyfriend: Put a password on your computer account.
The dog: Keep it outside or in your room.
The uncle: If he’s being bad, leave the room.
The cousin: She’ll grow up eventually. Keep an eye on her so she doesn’t go into your room and keep your door shut when you’re not there.

My solution? Stay in your room, turn on the radio or fan to block out noise, and chill. If you don’t like being home, find after school activities or hang out at a friends place. Sorry about your living situation : /
