doctors or nurses, diazepam while breastfeeding?

i have read that long term use of valuim while breastfeeding isn’t really recommended. i only need to take 10 millagrams one time, i am aware of the medications side effects and i am not allergic to it, i had to take it a couple times during pregnancy for anxiety purposes. is it ok to take one dose while breastfeeding? i also give the baby formula (due to a lack of breast milk), should i take the diazepam and then bottle feed for the next 24 hours….what should i do?
