I’m in College and do work in my small bedroom, What color should I paint the walls to enhance focus/calm?

I want the Room to bring the sense of focus, but also tranquility (read: less anxiety), I know colors won’t change the world but I have to paint the walls anyway (last tenant painted them neon orange… no idea why) so I would like to paint them with a purpose. I do lots of work in my room and every search on the internet was for bedroom or Office, well mine is both. I don’t know much about feng shui, but I am open to all sugestions

I would suggest a sage green. green is reputed to induce calmness, serenity, and creativity. it is the most easily assimilated color for the human eye to view. but avoid a bright or neon green. aqua and mint are too cool and energetic, and primary green is too unsettling. forest green would be too oppressing as the dominant color. a warm, subdued sage green with a hint of grey is a color you can live with for a long time. dont know if your male or female, but this color is slightly masculine but not overpoweringly so. good accent colors for sage green are:dark chocolate brown, brick red, cream, olive-brown, black, bronze, and copper.
