Anxiety? I dont know?

Lately i have some type of anxiety.Its been going on for about the past 3 months or so. Im only 16 and its strange,i keep thinking about death and its worrying me. I pray to god like every hour of the day and i thank him and i cant controll myself,i just do it.
But,its been really hitting home recently since Bernie Mac died and who would have ever expected and A neighborhood friend of mines died this week. It makes u think and idk what to do about this.
Any suggestions,or help,idk??….anything???

This is completely normal. I went through this stage when I was about 14 or 15. I’m 20 now and have an anxiety disorder so it all makes sense now BUT its completely normal. Night after night I would cry and get the weirdest feelings in my stomache because I was thinking about dying or somebody I know dying.. It was horrible.. There were nights I couldn’t fall asleep until like 3 or 4 AM and had to go to school the next morning. I only got the thoughts at night.. But little by little I reassured myself as I do now when I feel anxious that I need to enjoy my time here and my family so that if something bad does happen I didn’t waste my life worrying that it would until it did. If that makes sense? Still sometimes if my mind wanders towards death I freak out a little and think thoughts like “Am I really going to go to Heaven?” “What if I don’t and my corpse just lie in the ground for the rest of eternity.. when will it stop?” And I get those feelings again.. But then I just think to myself, well it will be horrible and what not but for now while I’m alive and healthy I need to act alive and healthy. I hope this helps. I wish you the best. Good luck!
