does Adderall cause irregular heart beat and heart problems in the future?

I’m not trying to get cardiovascular disease from this drug? or irregular heart problems and anxiety does adderall do this?

I and my 16 yr old have been taking adderall for about 8 yrs. To my knowledge cardiovascular disease is not caused by taking adderall, however irregular heartbeat (although I haven’t experienced), My son did have some experience with and for him it was not deemed unsafe and he continued his normal medications with 1-2 more incidents(also deemed safe to continue as normal). I continue to take adderall, without adverse affects. My 16 yr old, no longer takes his as he suffered for anxiety issues anyway, and it took me years to link the worsening anxiety to the adderall ( the delay is attributed to the fact that our doctor and several pychitrist, never made that connection so I ruled it out initially). But finally I was made aware of this possible side effect, and immediately that he greatly improved and in his case the benefits did not out weigh the side effects.
