Arm chest pain numness in hand shortness of breath?

Hi has anyone that had anxiety or gerd ever get these symptoms I have had 2 chest xrays 2 blood test 4 ekgs 3 different doctors all normal on test.

3 of them says it is gastric chest arm pains all 3 said it at different times of the year and 1 said anxiety makes it worse and 1 said weight were I am obese.

1 doctor was a heart doctor saying anxiety the other 2 i think were normal doctors at the hospital i hAve went 3 different times.
I am obese and I am 18.

Well those are classic signs of heart disease. But if you are aware of that then you know how to simulate them in order to get attention. I would have to say pick a dr and go with him until you disprove him and then pick another one. You may want to investigate the reason you are overweight and try to connect that to your need for attention if that is the case. So maybe start with a psych of some sort.
