anxiety angina heart gas?

hi i have anxiety gerd(not for sure on gerd)but I have been getting jaw neck shoulder arm left chest pain and stomach problems.It usually starts in the arm then chest a little later it usually doesn’t start in chest then spread in the arm.Nausea diarreah Ihave had ekgs and xray the pain is usually sharp shtabbing or needle pain and in the neck shooting and burning in the chest and sharp pain sometimes tooth pain i just turned 18 or tightness band in chest or jaw.I also have TMJ.The pain is usually in the chest burningto the right or sharp prussure on the left localized.Fullness in the stomach.Thanks.
sometimes goes away if Iam doing something I like also a hospital heart doctor in sept gave me a ekg and said I don’t have a heart problem just anxiety but though i am obese

It’s possible for it to be all those things. You really should see a cardiologist, just to make sure that it isn’t your heart. Good Luck….
