Can someone explain why my anxiety goes away when I’m dizzy?
I have severe anxiety and I worry most of the day. However, when I stand up too quickly and get dizzy or feel lightheaded, it goes away and I feel good. Can anyone explain what this is?? I’m going to a doctor but just want some suggestions.
The part of your brain that regulates hormones is affected by being dizzy – could be somethingto do with that.
