Anxiety Headache Symptoms
Is this close to anxiety symptoms?
1. Upper stomach pain
2. Fast heartbeat, heart burn (sometimes)
3. diarrhea (with blood sometimes)
4. Dizziness( Very often )
5. Headache
6. itching body
These are all the symptoms i have for about a month now.

heart attack, high blood sugar , breast cancer , bone(leg) problem runs…..
Sounds neurological. You should talk to a doctor.
The itching can be any kind of skin condition. Really talk to a doctor let them run some tests and see i there is anything medically wrong.
I have anxiety and although a fast heartbeat can be a symptom II have never had any of the other symptoms you stated except maybe dizziness.
