I have the worst headaches! Is it stress or somthing else?

I have the worse headaches almost everyday. It is a constant fullness and achy pressure. I am on zoloft 150 mg, so stress and anxiety is a problem for me. Im not even sure the zoloft is working. …what could the headache be and how do i help it?

It might be a good idea to see your doctor about these headaches.
Eye strain could cause headaches.
If it aches going down the back of your head and in your neck, this could be a tension headache.
