Lately, I’ve been having anxiety attacks just by thinking about them. For one, why am I thinking about them?

Schools almost out, and I can’t wait.
I’m afraid because I did get over anxiety before!
Will I have to get back on medication or will it get better when I’m on summer break?
Is anyone else like this? Please answer.

I would suggest trying to find an anxiety support group either online or in your community. If you don’t want to go back on medication, don’t! There are lots of ways to cope with anxiety that don’t involve drugs or risking changing your personality. You can start seeing a therapist, or regularly visit an understanding counselor, pastor, teacher, etc. I’ve had to cope with anxiety for about 12 years, and I’ve found that one of the best ways for me to deal with it is talk about it and get out more. Exercise and relaxation can really help, as can meeting with someone who can help you think positively instead of anxiously or obsessively. Try – they have a pretty big forum for people with anxiety.
School can be very stressful and cause anxiety so i do think when summer comes ur anxiety will start to go away…but if ur like me over the summer i would get very bored and not have much to do cuz i live in a small town so i would sometimes get depressed over the summer cuz of not much to do!!..so try to keep busy and if the anxiety is still bothering u then u should go to the doctor and possibly be on medication again!!
