Anxiety Hierarchy
I dread going to work?

I have a fear of going to work. It’s not laziness as doing work is OK, it’s just the hierarchy, performance evaluation, managers etc make it very stressful for me

Does anybody else feel this way and is there anything that can be done? I am seeking treatment for social anxiety but I can’t see this going away!

Same with me
I’m 16 and have worked at the movie theatre and Dominos Pizza and I get SOOOO nervous!
The whole time I’m working my hands are shaking and when I worked at DOminos Pizza I used to pray before every shift hoping that I don’t screw up :S
I quit Dominos because it was torture working there because of my nervousness – and I got fired from the movie theatre because I couldn’t take food orders and remember all the things about the computer quickly enough (Due to stress I couldn’t concentrate and remember things)
I couldn’t care less about how much work I have to do at work – the tough part is my anxiety
