how do i calm down during an anxiety attack?
i am 12 and have a type a peronality and am extremely sensitive literally a ticking bomb waiting to go off this runs in the family because my big sis has it too (we aint abused or hungry just sensitive) and untill i see a phcyatrist what can i do during one?
