How do I deal with my anxiety and depressesion?

I feel anxiety all the time about everything. I am constantly worried about my image, if my actions pissed someone off, or were uncalled for, and just a bunch of things that I couldn’t possibly list. I have tried to look in the mirror and say your strong and cool and you know the dumb stuff, but it doesn’t work, and I try to tell myself throughout the day the same thing and nothing…I don’t know what else to do…thanks for your concern in reading this and your help

I have your same problem, but a thing I like to do is just remember that everyone else in the world has felt the same discomfort, maybe not for so long, but the feelings aren’t new. Just keep telling yourself to just do things the way you would do it without the extra thought behind the action, and cut yourself a little slack – You’re only human. And I know, it’s much easier said than done. =/
