Anxiety Job Search
I really need a job but I suffer from socialized and generalized anxiety.?

Any suggestions on places I should search for in working? I enjoy being around people and small talking, but I get really nervous with selling things to individuals, answering phones, talking to large groups of people, handling situations and being the spot light. I get so nervous that I may pass out sometimes.
What are a good place of work for me until I get over this hump? I am getting help for this problem. Also, I don’t have a college education. I just need a part time/full time job.

Look for small nonprofits and office assistant jobs that require you to be in the back area. You still get to interact with people, but on a very limited basis. Office jobs and A LOT of nonprofits don’t require college education, just computer skills and a good personality.

It’s seems like randomness, but I’m just putting it out there because I wish someone told me about these things years ago. Try taking 5htp three times a day (1 pill every 6 hours) and 1 to 2 pills of lithium aspartate a day (1 every 12 hours). It really, REALLY calms my mood and my anxiety use to be heart attack type of panic dealing with people. I had extremely low stress tolerance. 5htp can be got at a local store, but lithium has to be ordered online and it’s a natural supplement.

I also got check for systemic yeast infection and had it (it’s a stool test). After I took some duflican (sp?) and my anxiety is almost nonexisted. A chronic yeast infection can have barely any syptoms at all and it can affect stress/emotional/mental levels of women.
