Anxiety Legs Ache

My legs have been aching and twitching. One leg has a painful lump in it. Any ideas whats causing this?
I have been thinking it is due to my bad knees not carrying their fair share of the burden while spending long hours on my feet. The twitching and lump still worry me though. All I can think of is a muscle strain and anxiety causing it. Im seeing a doctor for this but was wondering if anyone had an ideas or experience with these symptoms. Thanks.
First of all, stop your worrying! My sister had the same exact thing. It is a tight muscle due to stress which occurs when you are constantly using it in particular. In other words, you shouldn’t spend hours on your feet! It is not only unhealthy, but it can cause pain just like anything else. If you constantly did push ups your arms would start to ache, right? I strongly suggest that you take some time off of it. When you feel like you are stressing your muscles out way too much, and once you feel it hurts, get right off your feet right away without any delay whatsover. Putting something warm to soothe can help immenseley! If you continue to do this, like anything else, it’ll heal in time.
But, remember, it never hurts to go see a doctor!
