What are the causes for rare hands / legs shaking ?

What can cause hands / legs shaking besides anxiety. I am refering to something that happens very rarely … most of the time when the person is anxious but sometimes it just comes out of nowhere. Let’s say it happens once at 1-2 weeks, and also rule out alcohol and drugs.

This sounds like stress possibly anxiety. You should see a doctor or find out what’s bothering you. It could lead to further problems.
There are many medical problems associated with this from cancer to nervous disorder and only a doctor with tests can tell.
