Is medical coding a good job for someone with social anxiety?

Its not that I need a job with absolutely no social interaction I just need one where social interaction isn’t a constant requirement.

I am a medical coder and i have social anxiety. i enjoy my job very much! it can be “boring” to some people but i really like it. its not too stressful and my favorite part is that i do not have to deal with patients, internal or external. my desk phone almost never rings! its a job you can really keep to yourself in, however you aren’t totally alone and usually share an office with other coders, depending on the facility you work in.
