Anxiety Medicine For Flying

Question about Heartbeat when running and after help?
Im a 19 year old male and like ive been running more than usual but not to much. but a little everyday, but in the past like 3 weeks ago to a month when i would be running by heart would be literaly flying out of my chest when i would feel my chest and now weeks later, when i would feel my chest and feel my heart it wouldnt be pounding nor is it going that fast.. i have anxiety and my doctor for it who gives medicine saids that its because im in better shape now, but like i just got done running pretty decent and long, and when i was done my heart rate was like in the 160′s , how do i get it higher or is this good?? its just that it isnt pounding anymore nor is it going fast , is this because im getting more exercise or what?? help ?? and when im done running my heart rate seems to go back under the 100′s pretty quick
Unless you have an underlying medical condition then your doctor is correct.
As your cardiovascular conditioning improves your heart rate during exercise will be less than it was doing the same amount of exercise when you were not in that good condition, and your heart rate will return to normal resting rate much faster.
The heart becomes more efficient and the stroke volume increases, meaning you are pumping more blood per stroke or beat than before.
You can make your heart rate go higher by exercising more or rather at a higher rate.
If you run faster then your heart will beat faster.
The speed you have been running is now more normal for your body so to stress yourself you must increase the intensity of the exercise.
It depends on your intent as to whether you want to continue to increase your heart rate.
If your intent is just good cardiovascular conditioning then running while the rate is in the 160s is fine.
