Anxiety Mind
how to stop my mind from having a anxiety attacks?

well, i worried a lot and i wish i didn’t im taking medication, buht its not working…. like my mind is always with ”WHAT IF” what if and im scared. what do i so to stop all this,.. I feel so bad, and i hate living this way

I don’t have the answer but it might make you feel better to know you aren’t alone. That crap happens to me especially if I’m in a room full of people like a meeting. I found just playing with my watch helps. I think it distracts my mind. One other thing I noticed helps is to stay away from caffeine and other stimulants.
Sucks feeling that way. I have taken a drug called lorazepam that completely stops the anxiety. The problem is it is very addicting and more and more is needed to achieve the same results. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go on that stuff unless it is life and death. The anxiety is 10 times worse when you try to stop taking the crap.
Good luck. I’m going to watch this question. maybe some of the answers will help me too.
