Others do not suffer from anxiety Monday morning and depression?
It does not matter, anxiety and depression. But have the crazy things I get. This worked for 6 1 / 2 years am able to do it. . May be just my bodys way. inducing adreneline for me to move? Maybe I'm just case. nut or not, or may be in my heart?
May be about 99% of the population feels the same on Monday morning!
