I have severe anxiety and wanted to know if it could cause me to hear strange noises?

I have been hearing distant sounds in my head like crickets or birds chirpping….I know it sounds weird. I am terrified! The sounds come and go. It gets worse when its silent. I can’t hear things when I have music or the tv on. I have a phobia of schitzophrenia, please help!

yeah i don’t think soo .. im takeing a crazy drug called Zyprexa which is suposed to make my anxiety better as well.. and quit down the voices in my head.
