Hi right now i have been getting headaches jaw teeth throb pressure and sharp also gas and i have been getting spasms or sharp throbbing pressure in chest and cramping pressure and numbness in arm chest and back and sweating ect. i do suffer from anxiety.I have been to 7 docs that say my heart is fine 7 ekgs 3 blood work 1 showed lack of oxygen and 5 chest xrays and a ugi and a gallbladder scan and a thing to check for bloodclots in lungs.What could this be?I get it with and without exertion.

my dad died last year in dec but i am morbidly trying to lose tho obese
pressure in neck arm teeth chest 95-98% of time on left of course i worry about it all of the time.fluttering in chest numbness
also teeth pain to and neck jaw i am scared alot
been going on longer then a week off and on all year but worse these last 3 weeks
oh i am morbidly obese and i am 18 year old female
