Anxiety, what are your symptoms?

I have been batteling anxiety for the past 2 yeas. I am in the middle of a bad spell. I have had so many weird symptoms that I have chalked up to anxiety. Numbness in my hands and face. Chest pain, jaw pain, neck pain. I just dont want to ignore signs that may mean something else. I might add that I had a stress test in April and it was fine.

I have Chronic Anxiety, which is what yours sounds like, i have trouble sleeping, bad dreams, and i think i go a little nutty, lol, like think ppl hate me and i get myself worked up over nothing. but i have “spells” its getting less and less, the more i forget what ppl think about me, and just realise that im happy with who i am and what im achieving. I was on tablets for it, which helped, cos i realised what i “should” feel like, so i went off them and now i can differentiate between “real” and not real rationalising. Hope this helps, i also found it good to plan stuff that excited me and had somethin to look forward too
