What does your anxiety attacks make you feel like PHYSICALLY?

I been restless all night, body heating up over and over again, diareha, nauseas, racing thoughts, seeing spots, fear, crying, cant think clearly. Please Help what are your anxiety symptoms? Do u experience any of these things?

Also stay away from stressful surroundings (i.e., arguing, worrying, abusive boyfriend etc.). Relax as much as you can and try to journal so that thoughts dont become to much that you can’t handle them, go one step at a time.
