Is numbness at the lower back of my head a normal symtoms for anxiety attack? like pins & needles.?

I have tightness at the jaws, my teeth chatter & unable to focus. I check the wikipedia, those seems to be normal for anxiety attacks, except the numbness at the head. I wonder if I might get a stroke at one of these times.
