Anxiety Numbness Tingling

bizarre numbness and tingling?
I keep getting random episodes of mild tingling and numbness in my hands, face and feet mostly on one side. it affects different areas at different times. A couple nights ago I awoke with my back in spasms. I don’t have any serious medical problems. I haven’t injured myself. I don’t have anxiety problems. I am 27, I don’t smoke, I can’t be pregnant and I have been healthy. I don’t have a clue what this could be. Besides seeing a doctor for evaluation, does anyone know what might be causing this? I’d appreciate any mature serious answers.
About a year ago I started having numbness in my right foot. I hadn’t been injured, was physically active, no medications, etc., so I was alarmed. I went to see a foot doctor, thinking something was wrong with my foot. After an examination and asking a few questions, he said I had a lower back injury and should see a neurologist. I did and the foot doctor was right! About a month after seeing him, one of the lower disks in my back ruptured (hurt like hell).
I suggest you see a doctor to evaluate your lower back. Since you are already having spasms, you may have a degenerative disk problem. Besides surgery, there are other treatment options.
My pain was all on my right side. When the disk ruptured, the numbness and tingling increased on the right side. It was not a pleasant experience.
Please, see a doctor when you can!
I hope you feel better soon!
