Anxiety Obsessional Thinking
Seriously ODD form of OCD HELP?

So i have these repetitive, obsessional thoughts for no reason i know of….i think about my blinking, breathing, and swallowing…and then i cant stop thinking about them sometimes…. ok… now recently, whenever i do something immoral… my OCD threatens me!!!! For example, if i were to take out my parents car at night without their permission, now every time i see that car… i will feel bad, and somehow relate that to my anxiety/ obsessive thoughts so that when i see the car again, i will think of my thoughts. Another example is that i took $5 from my sister a while back to buy a hat…. now when i see hats i get reminded of my obsessive thoughts… what the FCUK is wrong with me?!?!?!

this really doesn’t sound abnormal or like ocd. everyone thinks about their blinking or breathing sometimes and it would be weird if you weren’t reminded of things like your parents’ car or borrowing money. from what you said, not obsessive thoughts.
