Anxiety Out Of Body Feeling
is it serious or am i just worn out?

I’ve been very busy lately with work, and there are times when my body feels tingly, I’m eating normally and going to the restroom normally, I drink alot of water so I’m sweating quite a bit, I do feel tired alot but I’m a restless sleeper, there are times when I do feel anxious or have anxiety especially in the mornings but goes away by mid-morning, and lately my left shoulder and arm feels like there are little muscle spasms. and another thing whenever I put on my work uniform or go to work I don’t feel so good. could this be a sign of stress or something more serious?

Could be anxiety. Here is a cut and paste about it.

GED (Generalized Anxiety Disorder)
People with GAD may experience a few symptoms or may feel overwhelmed by many symptoms. The key signs of GAD are anxiety and worry that are difficult to control and have lasted for at least 6 months. In addition to excessive anxiety and worry, people with GAD have at least 3 of the following symptoms:

Restlessness or feeling on edge
Fatigue
Difficulty concentrating or mind going blank
Irritability
Muscle tension
Difficulty sleeping
Some additional signs associated with GAD include:

Symptoms associated with muscle tension, such as trembling, twitching, feeling shaky, and muscle aches and soreness
Physical symptoms such as clammy hands, dry mouth, sweating, nausea or diarrhea, an increased need to urinate, trouble swallowing, and an exaggerated response to being surprised
People with GAD often have symptoms of depression as well. In fact, 2 national studies found that between 58% and 70% of people who suffered from GAD in their lifetime have also suffered from depression at some point.
