I took antibiotics for 10 days cephalexin. i guess for prevention of infection. ?

I am now scared due to all the bad stuff i read about antibiotics. I hav anxiety over it and afraid it caused damage to my good bacterias present in the body. Do things go back to normal after antibiotics?
