Anxiety Overeating
How to become happy now???

I am depressed, have OCD and anxiety. I am 15 and am going thru a really hard time right now. I have like no real friends and my mom tries to control what i am eating which i think has lead to my overeating. I am overweight. I am so sad a lot, i am too nice to everyone and i live in a very hard school, meaning people are very mean. I need a temporary happiness, to escape my misery.
Please someone help,
i already volunteer, and have tried socializing in clubs.

Help someone else. Practice random acts of kindness. Pray. Listen to your favorite music
