Anxiety Painting

What is with all this sudden anxiety?
Im 29 weeks and have been getting really bad anxiety about the house. I have asked my fiance so many times to organise to paint the room, as I cant due it due to the fumes, and still nothing is done. When I think about everything that needs doing, I feel as though I am going to have a panic attack. I have so many things, but cant organise anything because the room is not ready to put things in yet, i no i have time left but I have the biggest urge just to start getting everything ready in the right spots and all pretty for when my daughter enters the world. I know this sounds OCD but I’m not usually like this, and it is only recent. Today I had a melt down because the house was a mess, and I cleaned it spotless just a few days ago, and it was messy again. I could not stop crying. Is this normal or is their something wrong with me, should I see someone about this? Thanks!
Hunnie your pregnant.. Your emotions are aloud to be all over the place.. Your probably getting anxiety because in this stage of pregnancy you want to start the “nesting” … which means your ready to set up that room.. =)… JUST BREATH and perhaps if your fiance is not in the MOOD to paint or whatever his reasons are.. (sounds like he’s being a TYPICAL man) maybe you could ask a friend, a brother, a sister someone else to paint for you… once it’s painted this will not only make your fiance realize he should of done it.. but he may very well start doing things you ask.. Good luck sweetie.. and remember to breath you have a precious little angel inside you that needs you to remain calm… xo

Becoming Edvard Munch: Influence, Anxiety, and Myth (Art Institute of Chicago) $25.00 Two potent myths have traditionally defined our understanding of the artist Edvard Munch (1862-1944): he was mentally unstable, as his iconic work The Scream (1893) suggests, and he was radically independent, following his own singular vision. Becoming Edvard Munch: Influence, Anxiety, and Myth persuasively challenges these entrenched perceptions. In this book, Jay A. Clarke demonstrates that Mun… |
