Anxiety People Pleasing

people with anxiety/depression please look…?
This is basically for people who have/have had anxiety or depression in their lives…How did you deal? Did you find a program that worked for you or did you use medications? I am a supporter of a certain self-help program and I am curious to see if anyone else has used this or at least heard of it before. And by the way…I don’t have anxiety or depression anymore-I’ve completely recovered. Thanks to all who answer!
ok, this is kind of an afterthought…I am more curious about people who are against medication and whether or not they found help from any programs. And as for all of you who are using medications-that’s great that it is working for you and I hope everything continues to go well!
depends on what kind of stuff Ur in,major ,minor n again other problems,diseases2.there sure is a scientific basis to depression.but study say that 80%population suffers it at one time or other.however those going the psychiatrist way are few.positive thinking n practical methods would jus help u when feel ur on the edge.good friends too. but patterns,persistance increase of the condition means u need medicine.suicidal tendency is definately alarming n immediately attended to.dont go for medicine even sleeping pills without doctor’s advice.self help as add on or up to jus a limit.
