The great debate is over should panic attack sufferers take medication or a natural cure for panic attacks. Here my reasons about why I personally believe that it is more effective to go with a natural holistic approach instead of taking medication for anxiety panic attack symptoms and the reasons why it is better for anxiety attack panic treatment

Every person at one point in his life can have panic attacks for different reasons. You felt this when you were called by your teacher in lower grade to recite a poem which you failed to memorize a week before. You had a panic attack when you noticed the girl you admired coming your way. There are different panic attacks causes and most of them can be very simple and fleeting

A panic attack is a sudden feeling of extreme anxiety accompanied by significant physical symptoms such as trembling sweating and shortness of breath. They are usually accompanied by an overwhelming fear of catastrophe – the person may feel they are dying or suffering a heart attack or they may fear they are going mad. They can occur in response to specific situations (such as crowded areas) or spontaneously and with no obvious cause. They are usually short-lived (lasting a few minutes) but are so unpleasant that a person may live in fear of it happening again – in many cases this will lead to the person avoiding situations that they think will trigger an attack avoidance behaviour

Panic attacks occur when the anxiety levels soar beyond the tolerable limits resulting in pulsating heart beat nervousness dizziness lack of breath sweating etc. Medications can never be used to treat them as they just offer a temporary mild relief from the physical symptoms and do not treat the root cause. Further medications and drugs tend to be addictive and cause more anxiety than the panic attack itself

Panic attacks are more common in daytime. Studies show that 90% of panic attack sufferers go through their ordeal within their busy hours. Ordinarily that will be within office hours where the stress level is at its peak level

Panic Attacks are excruciatingly painful conditions to have. Panic attacks also occur while sleeping

The Collected Poems of W.B. Yeats

William Butler Yeats, whom many consider this century’s greatest poet, began as a bard of the Celtic Twilight, reviving legends and Rosicrucian symbols. By the early 1900s, however, he was moving away from plush romanticism, his verse morphing from the incantatory rhythms of “I will arise and go now, and go to Innisfree” into lyrics “as cold and passionate as the dawn.” At every stage, howev…
