Can Anxiety cause constant headaches?

hello, i am 17 years old and lately i have had constant anxiety over thinking i have a brain tumor. I get headaches everyday, and they are just a dull headache usually in my forhead, and sometimes in the back of the head. they really arent noticable while im sitting down, just when i stand up and bend over. I have been to the doctor and he sent me to get a sinus CT scan, because of the facial headaches. And the results came back that i have perfect sinuses. But my nose is always a bit plugged up, and i have pressure behind my eyes. when i take Exedrine it works really good and fixes my headache fast, but i cant take that all the time. Does anyone know if anxiety could be causing this? thanks. i also wanted to add that the headaches arent specific to any part of the day, i usually just get them in the afternoon, i rarely wake up with them.

Probably stress headaches.
