Anxiety ‘pressure in head’ or sinus headache?

I have generalized anxiety disorder, and I usually get headaches in my neck and back of head and shoulders and slightly in my temples. It usually doesn’t start until later in the day and im fine in the morning. It goes away when I am up and moving or if I’m relaxing etc. So I think it’s a tension headache.

But a couple days ago it’s been accompanied with a feeling of ‘pressure’ in my forehead, sort of the top of my head also. I hear that it’s a sign of a sinus headache?

But I have no sinus problems.. no fever, no tender sinus’s, no running nose, not stuffed up, no congestion, no fever, no mucus, etc.

So is it probably just my anxiety and head pressure and tight band feeling that I hear is common with anxiety and tension headaches?
