Anxiety Problems Sleeping

Weekdays and on weekends, I sleep on different time. I have problems with sleeping on weekdays.?
On weekdays I have to wake up on different times
but there aren’t big difference. Only about 1 or 3hours early
on this or that other day.
When it’s saturday I wake up late. It’s too hard to wake up early
in weekends.
Then when it’s sunday again, I can’t sleep and weekdays starts I only sleep 5,6 hours and I have to go to the bathroom many times.
Every weekdays I have to stay up for almost 2 hours to fall asleep.
I also feel very dizzy and have stomachache the nextday.
Do other people wake up very early ? on same time as
weekdays ?
Or am I having too much anxiety problems ?
Even with little light, I get so annoyed.
Try taking Melatonin to fall asleep on weekdays. On Sunday night, you should avoid drinking liquids so you don’t have to go to the bathroom so much.
You may be suffering from anxiety, but a lack of sleep tends to make it worse.
