Anxiety Quiz Test
I hate the way I feel…?

Lately I have felt so stressed…entering sophomore year hasn’t been easy. I switched schedules, I didn’t make a great start so far, especially in Geometry and now I freak out over everything! I mean I failed and done bad so many times in school yet everything turned out fine. Now every little thing bothers me…and lately it’s not just school either. Every little thing that worries me gives me anxiety. Whether its a small quiz, a large test, a friend/family problem, or choosing an outfit for school….UGH!

I think it’s because of my habits. This stress seemed to appear out of nowhere!

I eat poorly, I don’t exercise, I dwell too much on negative, and put myself down (It’s only the beginning of the school year, and I feel like a failure….)

What should I do?

i know exactually what your going through

i have a much bigger problem i have cheated in my marriage, the guilt and stress in killing me

in time it will get better , so try to eat better and stay focused whats important to you

but gee its hard
