Anxiety Rash On Neck
Why does my chest turn red whenever I’m nervous/anxious/excited?

Since I was a teenager, I’ve gotten what seems like some sort of rash whenever I’m in an intense situation. It usually happens if I’m nervous, in a social situation (I have pretty bad social anxiety) or when I generally get excited, or something intense just happens. I have it after taking tests in school. My chest, above my breasts and in between them, and a bit on them, will turn red. It’s odd enough that people have commented on it. It extends up to right before my neck, one blotch of redness. My face gets a bit red sometimes when this happens, but not as much. It seems odd because it has distinct edges, making it look like a rash, and seems different from simply turning red from my blood bumping. It doesn’t seem to happen when I do physical exercise, though.

Does anyone else get this or have any idea what it is?

I get this all the time too. Its just a sign of “flushness” your body gets. It has to do with your nerves and anxiety.
