Anxiety Related Insomnia
Anxiety to sleep instead of sleeping alone or not?

I know it sounds crazy. But I have anxiety and OCD, which tended to lead to irrational thinking. I've been in relationships almost three years and although I may not want to end. I never had problems with, or sleep alone. But after a couple of rough patches of anxiety, insomnia related. I always wonder if I could sleep in various situations. I've been fine and I think I've learned how to deal with it. But thinking is not my boyfriend. terrifies me strange for normal people to freedom. I also started a new job and what I can imagine that if this is a way to leave and I will be able to sleep alone. Most people only. Know that they will sleep in any situation. But I tend to worry and doubt. …

You seem to be very concerned. It will be a good idea to talk with your doctor. Diagnosed anxiety and OCD will provide him / her know what happened. Start a new job is stress. I hope you feel better.
